Hello and welcome to Nu Yu Life Coaching! I’m so glad you stopped by. I’m Beverly Lucas and I help highly capable, driven women like you trade overwhelm and self-doubt for clarity and courage. Together, we clear the roadblocks so you can tackle real-life problems and lead the impactful, fulfilling life you desire.

Like you, I’ve had my share of struggles. I served as a caregiver for many years and grieved the loss of dear loved ones. Perfectionism, fear of failure, overwhelm, sickness and divorce made these trials even more challenging. Although difficult and painful, these experiences shaped who I am and how I show up in the world and in coaching.

By God’s grace, I persevered, learned a lot and am now thriving. And you can too.

Regardless of how you got where you are or how long you’ve been there, I’ll empower you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be so that you can finally live what’s possible.
